Counter Services: By appointment only;
‍High Court counter: open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Bailiffs Office: 8:30 am to 10:30 am
Telephone Enquiries: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

‍Disabled Access:  
The court provides disabled access and toilet facilities to accommodate individuals with mobility challenges.

‍Assistance Dogs: Guide dogs and other assistance animals are welcome within the premises.

‍Hearing Enhancement: A portable hearing enhancement system is available by prior arrangement

‍Interview and Conference Rooms:  Consultation rooms are available for private meetings and discussions.

‍Public Waiting Areas: Designated waiting areas are situated outside each courtroom.

Children's Waiting Areas:  Facilities     for children are available; please contact the court for details.

‍Baby Changing Facilities: Amenities are provided for those attending with infants.

‍Prayer/Quiet Room: A quiet room for prayer or contemplation is available.

Video Facilities: Court/hearing room video conferencing facilities and     prison-to-court video link facilities are available by prior arrangement.

‍Wi-Fi Access: Wireless internet is accessible throughout the building.

Parking:    
There is no public parking available at the court; however, several NCP car parks are in close proximity.

‍Security:    
For safety, all visitors and their belongings are subject to security   screening upon entry.

‍Refreshments:    
Refreshments are available within the building. There is a coffee shop outside.

Most family courts offer the following facilities:

‍Private Consultation Rooms: For confidential discussions with your legal representative.
‍Disabled Access: Including lifts, ramps, and accessible restrooms. Hearing Loops: Available for individuals with hearing impairments. Wi-Fi Access: Provided via GovWifi for all attendees.
‍Refreshments: Vending machines or cafes may be available.
