Counter Services: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (High Court and Administrative Court     until 4:00 pm)

The building provides disabled access to all levels via lifts located next to reception. Parking can be arranged by contacting the court in advance.

Assistance Dogs: Guide dogs and other assistance animals are welcome within the premises.

Hearing Enhancement:  Hearing enhancement facilities are available by prior arrangement.

Interview and Conference Rooms:  Four interview rooms are available on the ground floor for private meetings and discussions.

Public Waiting Areas: Designated waiting areas are situated outside each courtroom.

Children's Waiting Areas:  Facilities     for children are available; please contact the court for details.

Baby Changing Facilities: Amenities are provided for those attending with infants.

Prayer/Quiet Room: A quiet room for prayer or contemplation is available.

Video Facilities: Court/hearing room video conferencing facilities and     prison-to-court video link facilities are available by prior arrangement.

Wi-Fi Access: Wireless internet is accessible throughout the building.

There are no public parking facilities at the court; however, several public carparks are available nearby.

For safety, all visitors and their belongings are subject to security   screening upon entry.
