Additional Potential Costs: While the basic fee covers standard divorce proceedings, there are scenarios where additional costs may arise, particularly if the other party does not cooperate. These include:
1. Process Server Fee: If the other party does not acknowledge the divorce papers, a process server may be required to serve the papers personally. The cost for this service can vary.
2. Further Application Fees: In cases of non-cooperation or if there are disputes that require additional court applications, there may be extra costs. These costs depend on the nature of the application and the extent of the additional legal work required.
