What’s included?

This fee encompasses all legal services related to resolving financial remedy matters outside of court. It includes comprehensive legal support such as advice, communication, negotiation assistance, and drafting necessary documentation related to the dispute resolution process.

Additional Points:

·       Exclusions: The above fees do not include court fees, barristers' fees, or other disbursements such as valuation fees, forensic accounting fees, and any similar expenses. These will be charged separately as per actual costs incurred.

·       Bespoke Client Care Package: Included in all the above fees is a bespoke client care package tailored to your individual needs. This package accounts for your specific circumstances and requirements, ensuring a personalised and sensitive approach to your financial remedy matter.

Note on VAT and Total Costs:

·       VAT is added to the legal fees at the prevailing rate.

·       The total cost, including VAT, depends on whether additional services beyond the standard divorce procedure are necessary.
