Child Arrangements - Out of Court

What’s included?

This fee covers all legal services pertaining to resolving child arrangement matters outside of court. It includes comprehensive legal support such as advice, communication, negotiation assistance, and any necessary documentation drafting related to the dispute resolution process.

Additional Points:

• Exclusions: Please note, the above fees do not include court fees (currently £232), barristers' fees, or other disbursements such as police record fees, hair strand tests, and any similar expenses. These will be charged separately as per actual costs incurred.

• Bespoke Client Care Package: All the above fees include a bespoke client care package tailored to your individual needs. This package takes into account your working arrangements, personal vulnerabilities, and any other specific requirements, ensuring a personalised and sensitive approach to your case.

Note on VAT and Total Costs:

• VAT is added to the legal fees at the prevailing rate.
• The total cost, including VAT, depends on whether additional services beyond the standard child arrangements procedure are necessary.
